By using FlowForge AI ("Service"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and FlowForge AI.
Description of Service
FlowForge AI provides AI-powered WhatsApp automation for healthcare clinics, including:
- Automated patient responses
- 40+ Language support
- Appointment booking
- Sync with calendars
- After-hours handling
- Analytics & reporting
Eligibility
Account & Registration
You're responsible for maintaining account security and providing accurate information. We reserve the right to refuse service to illegal entities or competitors.
Fees and Payment
Pricing
Setup: $2,000 USD (one-time). Subscriptions: $500 - $1,500/mo based on volume.
Billing
Monthly in advance. Due within 5 days. Late fees apply after 10 days.

Full refund of setup fee + first month if cancelled within 30 days. No questions asked.
Service Availability
We guarantee 99.5% uptime per month. Downtime credits apply if we fall below this threshold. We are not liable for WhatsApp platform outages or third-party connectivity issues.
Intellectual Property
Our IP
AI models, algorithms, code, documentation, and FlowForge AI branding remain our exclusive property.
Your IP
Your patient data, clinic information, and individual branding remain your exclusive property.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as-is". FlowForge AI is not liable for medical malpractice, lost revenue, or patient complaints.
Termination
You can cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for violation of terms or non-payment.
